2024 Nagoya basho: Final day results and analysis

Spoilers alert!

And we’re done. The 2024 Nagoya basho came to a close in the wee hours this morning (for me, anyways) and we have our winner.

To determine the winner this day we had Terunofuji vs. Kotozakura and Takanosho vs. Onosato. If Teru beat Kotozakura the yusho was his. If he lost and Takanosho won, then there would be a play-off.
