This was an exciting day for kimarite. Also a correction, Tamawashi won with a kubihineri which is a kimarite that you don't see that often. I won't take any slander against the Iron Man! Lol. I liked he had no chill against Hiradoumi.
Pitbull or Honey Badger make sense as nicknames for Fujinokawa. But what about Goose? He is small but is loud if you get anywhere near, super aggressive, and makes himself look more threatening by beating down bigger guys like Shishi.
I love Goose. I have lots of experience of having to walk around Cobra Chickens here north of Toronto. They are all over the place, especially the grocery store parking lot.
Tamawashi casually tossing Hiradoumi was the high-point for me. Where the head goes, the body must follow.

As a 40 year-old, Tamawashi is an inspiration. He must have so many aches and pains, yet he keeps showing up and smacking down these young pups.
