With the Onosato prediction dead at this point, how about rooting for Takayasu to take his first basho? He has looked spectacular. Him vs Hoshoryu is always fun, and it would be especially epic with title stakes on the line.
I think, given what I've sene so far, my pick should go to Hoshoryu. I'd love to see him finally figure out how to beat Aonishiki and do so with a cup on the line.
I loved Kirishima's win over Atamifuji! And followed by Kotozakura's win, amazing! The strength it need to flip those big men over against all momentum is so impressive.

I picked Aonishiki, but would happily switch sides to Takayasu if nudged even slightly!

I'm excited for Toshinofuji down there. Unlikely he does anything to get himself promoted this time, but he could be one to watch for the future.
